Caleb Poka, Director of SPE, brings over 25 years’ experience to the property industry. Growing up in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, he has built a career spanning boutique agencies and major international franchises across the Eastern Suburbs, City Fringe, and South Sydney. This deep local connection and extensive industry background provide an unmatched understanding of the area’s unique property landscape.

We specialise in sales, leasing, and management across residential, commercial, and industrial property, while also providing expert buyer and tenant representation. Acting exclusively for our clients, we secure the right property on the right terms — both on and off market. Many of our buyer representation engagements are conducted discreetly to protect our clients’ interests and to ensure a level playing field.
